Orders are normally shipped within two business days via USPS Priority Mail (delivery typically within two-five days of shipment for Domestic Orders and within ten days for International orders). When placing your order, you may specify expedited shipping for an additional charge.
We can accept institutional Purchase Orders. Payment is due within 60 days.
Purchase Order items normally ship within three business days via UPS ground. You may specify expedited shipping and we will attempt to ship expedited orders within one business day – but no guarantee is made. Shipping for orders placed via Purchase Order is billed at actual cost.

Instructors may order one (1) copy of each Textbook and each Grammar Review / Workbook as an examination copy for 40% off the retail price (plus shipping and tax, if applicable).
To qualify for instructor examination-copy pricing, you must specify a shipping address at an accredited educational institution and include your name and email address or phone number so that we may verify your status as an instructor.
We regret that the discount cannot be made available for purchases of the Complete 5-DVD Series or Study Guides.
Examination Copy orders may be placed via Purchase Order or full payment may be mailed in advance to our offices. Please request the Instructor Examination Copy discount when you order. We are unable to refund the discount after your purchase is complete.
We offer a 10% discount to established resellers. As an independent publisher offering educational materials at substantially lower prices relative to the major publishers, we are unable to accept returns of unsold items from resellers (we will always honor returns to correct for defective items or errors on our part).

You may return items purchased directly from us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (less shipping). In the event of a defective item or error on our part, we will replace the item or provide you with a full refund (including shipping). Before sending an item for return, please email Info@Microangelo.com identifying the item, reason for return and to obtain an RMA number and shipping instructions.
We will never intentionally release your contact information to other entities without your express permission. We may contact you from time to time to make you aware of products directly related to your purchase. For online credit card purchases, we use an established third-party online merchant service (as well as PayPal).
